ESP. ist als Teil der Weltausstellung EXPO2000 in Hannover gegründet worden und verfügt über 20 Jahre Erfahrung in der internationalen Freizeit- und Themenpark Industrie. Projekte wie die WORLD EXPO2000, LEGOLAND Deutschland und die AWD Arena Hannover sind unserer Ursprung.
Im Jahr 2005 eröffnete sich für uns die Welt des Einzelhandels und wir planten seitdem mehr als 25 Shopping und Entertainment Center mit über 1 Million Quadratmeter lebendiger Verkaufs- und Erlebnisfläche.
Das erste Hoteldesign folgte wenig später und ist seither ein fester Bestandteil in unseren Mixed-Use Projekten.
Es wurden im letzten Jahrzehnt aber auch viele erfolgreiche Projekte im Gesundheitswesen, der Pharmaindustrie und Luftfahrt geplant, gemanagt und schlussendlich für Kunden wie Beiersdorf, Solvay und MTU realisiert.

Wir sind Architekten, Ingenieure, Designer und ein anspruchsvolles Publikum.
Wir sind alle unterschiedlich, jeder einzigartig, Charaktere und Perfektionisten, aber vor allem eins: ein Team.Wir glauben an Aufgeschlossene, Experten aus Leidenschaft, Pragmatiker und natürlich Individualisten. Kurz gesagt, wir glauben an gute Leute, die den Unterschied machen.
Wir sind niemals perfekt, aber immer ein bisschen anders. Wir sind immer mit Herz und Seele dabei, weil wir lieben was wir tun.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
ESP. develops, designs and manages leisure properties and commercial real estate projects. Idea and Concept Development, Architecture, Interior and Brand Design as well as Project Management are what we are good at. We look after you from start to finish.
ESP. was founded as a part of the World Exposition EXPO2000 Hannover organization with a background of 20 years in the international leisure and theme park industry. Entertainment projects such as the WORLD EXPO2000, LEGOLAND Germany and AWD-Arena Hannover are ESP’s origin.
In the year 2005, ESP. tapped into the retail market and has since then become quickly involved in the design of more than 25 Shopping & Entertainment Malls with a total amount of 1 Mio. Square meters lively retail and community spaces.
The first Hotel design followed soon and has become since then an integral part of our mixed-use projects.
Moreover, in the last decade many successful projects in the Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals and the Aviation industry have been designed, managed and finally realized for clients such as Beiersdorf, Solvay and MTU.

УПРАВЛЕНИЕ ПРОЕКТАМИ
ESP. занимается девелопментом и проектированием торговых и развлекательных центров, а также управлением недвижимостью. Специализация компании – это концептуальное и архитектурное проектирование, дизайн интерьера, брендинг, проектный менеджмент.
Компания ESP. была основана членами оргкомитета Всемирной выставки EXPO2000 в Ганновере, опытными специалистами по развитию развлекательных парков. Первыми проектами ESP. были Всемирная выставка EXPO2000, парк LEGOLAND и стадион AWD-Арена.
В 2005 году компания ESP. начала работать с объектами розничной торговли и с тех пор участвовала в развитии более 25 торгово-развлекательных центров, спроектировав около миллиона квадратных метров торговых и общественных зон.
Затем поступил первый заказ на проектирование гостиницы, и отели стали неотъемлемой частью наших многофункциональных объектов.
За последнее десятилетие было выполнено множество успешных проектов в сфере здравоохранения, в фармацевтической и авиационной промышленности для таких компаний как Beiersdorf, Solvay и MTU.
